Congrats to Jamie Bissonnette of Boston's Coppa for winning Food & Wine's 2011 People's Best New Chef Award. He garnered the most online votes overall. All of the named chefs are still eligible for an old fashioned, editor-chosen Best New Chef award. The other regional winners were:
