GQ's food critic Alan Richman really, really likes Rieslings. So much so, in fact, that he calls them "the greatest white wine grape in the world." And lest you be led astray by inferior, cloyingly sweet bottles of the German wine, Richman recommends "everyone should drink the style of Riesling I prefer: Off-dry, lots of flavor, high acidity."
