British chef Fergus Henderson's St John Hotel opens in London at the end of the month, and it's not your typical hotel: the restaurant is open til 2:00 AM, the bar stays open all night, and Henderson describes the feeling as "cheeky in a nice way...There's no art on the wall and there are no wooden ducks.
