Because it is the time of year when people stick all manner of things into brackets, Businessweek has set 16 food trucks from across the country against each other in a March Madness-style competition. Trucks like the Nom Nom Truck in Los Angeles and New York's Schnitzel & Things were first split into regional brackets before being judged based on their "use of social networking and creative marketing and, of course, on their foodie quotient." (The definition of "foodie quotient" goes unexplained.)
