Sam Talbot Is Cooking

New, 2 comments

talbot-150.jpgSo the New York Times Fashion and Style section ran a breathless 1,800-word profile of handsome ex-Top Cheffer Sam Talbot. It is, by far, one of the most ostentatious things you will read all day — Eater NY collected the ten best lines from the story. Talbot is among a "new breed of celebrity chefs who have coasted into culinary fame" — including "the brothers Brian [sic] and Michael Voltaggio, Ludo Lefebvre, Spike Mendelsohn, Sam Mason, Fabio Vivani [sic] and Marcel Vigneron" — who "aspire to be multiplatform brands with endorsement deals, product lines, restaurant chains and television shows." They "tend to have tattoos." [NYT]
