The Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream Book

JakeGodbyBook.jpgThe San Francisco ice cream shop that brought the world creations like Hot Mess (vanilla ice cream, butterscotch, bananas, marshmallow fluff) and Secret Breakfast (cornflakes and bourbon) is producing a cookbook: The Humphry Slocombe Ice Cream Book will be the collaborative effort of Slocombe owners Jake Godby and Sean Vahey and Chronicle writer/former Eater editor Paolo Lucchesi. It will combine ice cream recipes with stories about the business and should be out before the end of the year. [SFoodie via -ESF-]
