On tonight's episode of Bizarre Foods, Andrew Zimmern heads to San Francisco and uses the opportunity to bring awareness to homeless populations, doing a little
urban foraging dumpster diving and hanging out with the Foods Not Bombs folks. Zimmern himself was homeless for a time, and has spoken about the experience on Nightline in the past. In fact, the Travel Channel has agreed to donate 10 cents for every viewer of tonight's episode to the 100,000 Homes Campaign (up to $100,000). Doing good by being a couch potato!
In the preview video below, Zimmern joins Incanto chef Chris Cosentino to cook some offal in a big yellow school bus called Le Truc. (Beef tongue sliders! Pork intestine tacos! Something called "brainaise"!)
