On Bizarre Foods' Chicago episode, Andrew Zimmern and chef Rick Bayless head to Maxwell Street Market because, as Bayless puts it, "you've got a lot of the innards stuff going on here." They sample a few tacos, both bizarre (lamb stomach sausage!) and not-so-bizarre (al pastor). Bayless also takes a moment to brag about his city's offerings: "What a lot of people don't know about Chicago is we have the greatest concentration of artisanal tortilla factories in the world."
