A Mouthful is a documentary about Corton chef Paul Liebrandt that follows his career over eight years in New York City. Many critics and chefs were interviewed about Liebrandt and his divisive style of molecular gastronomy, including former New York Times critic Frank Bruni, Le Bernardin chef Eric Ripert and French Laundry/Per Se chef Thomas Keller, who said of Liebrandt's food, "You don't know if it's good or bad, because you've never had anything like it before." The film premieres at the SXSW Film Festival in March, and here's the trailer:
