50 of the 120 McDonald's in Paris are testing a new model of table service: customers enter and pay for McCafé orders on a touchscreen, then a member of the staff brings the order out to the table. The fast food chain intends to expand the new style of service in 2012; 17% of all McDonald's orders across France are currently placed on the touchscreens. [BurgerBusiness]
