Well of course French chef Alain Ducasse owns his own publishing house: "Yes, I publish my own cookbooks. As publisher, I control everything: the size of the book, the photographer, the writer, the weight of the paper, the number of pictures." Next up: J'aime New York (Ducasse has already written a J'aime Paris) and Nature Baby, full of recipes for food your baby would eat if Alain Ducasse cooked for your baby. [WSJ]
