It seems some "soft-on-terror-crats" think a Homeland Security grant that bought 15 Western Michigan counties $900 snow-cone machines is a frivolous waste of taxpayer money. Don't worry, Stephen Colbert sets them straight: "Al Qaeda's from the desert. They have no defense against snow, especially in cone form."
