In some unfortunate timing for Washington, DC burger restaurant Black & Orange, a lawsuit forced them to temporarily close just as Shake Shack was opening nearby. Chef Raynold Mendizabal tells the City Paper how Black & Orange totally started that whole burger craze: "We created a market and when we had to close, they opened.
