Grant Achatz's experimental Chicago restaurant Next has long been toying with the idea of offering diners "season tickets" to its quarterly-changing menus and now co-owner Nick Kokonas says that this is likely to happen this month. According to the Chicago Tribune, the season tickets package will include reservations for the restaurant's next three menus — which are inspired by Spanish restaurant elBulli, as well as Sicily and Kyoto.
