The trend identifying hawks over at the James Beard Foundation come up with their "Food Trends to Watch for in 2012" listicle. On the list is what they're calling a "Thai Revival," and the JBF is totally taking credit for it. Quote: "[T]his year we watched the start of a reclamation.
