As Americans get fatter, so too should their restaurants, argues food writer Josh Ozersky in the latest issue of Gastronomica. The restaurant for fat people should be cold ("too cold for thin people"), have pleasantly plump servers ("but fat in a non-threatening way"), and be devoid of sexuality because "here is a solitary and celibate experience, in which both sexes are protected from even a hint of having to socialize.
