According to Bloomberg, Los Angeles' SBE currently has 25 projects in development, the majority of which are hotels and restaurants. One such brand in expansion mode is the SLS hotel, slated to launch in both Las Vegas and New York City circa 2014 (Manhattan location not yet disclosed). As for SLS in Vegas, the plan is to outfit the property with a Katsuya, an Umami, and two tba SBE nightclubs. [Bloomberg via Eater LA]
