A British company is recreating the voyage of the Titanic (hopefully not in its entirety), and the two sold out runs will serve historically accurate food. The first class dinner consists of "oysters, roast squab and sautéed chicken Lyonnaise"; hopefully the lower class cabins won't have to subsist on rotting cabbage or whatever poor people had to eat on boats back then.
