New Jersey Nets owner/Russian bajillionaire Mikhail Prokhorov rented out a $45 million chalet in the French Alps for the holidays and, as he naturally wants the food to match the surroundings, he has hired Michelin-starred Flemish chef (and MasterChef star) Wout Bru. Bru apparently is quite good at making Prokhorov's favorite dish, "a crispy pork dish that takes 24 hours to make." [NYP]
