Zakarian vs Casanova in Iron Chef Battle Brook Trout

Sunday night on Iron Chef America, Victor Casanova, executive chef at Culina at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, challenged Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian in battle brook trout. This was Zakarian's debut after winning season four of the Next Iron Chef. The judges were PR person Karine Bakhoum, chef Art Smith, and real houseperson Jill Zarin. Oh and spoiler alert: Zakarian won. And by a perfect score, which, if you look at this handy chart, is only the second time to ever happen in Iron Chef America history.
