The Summer 2011 issue of Finesse, the magazine from Thomas Keller, has just been released on iPhones and iPads. (The Winter 2010 issue is also available.) The issue, which focuses on Per Se, features recipes and contributions from guest writers such as cookbook author Michael Ruhlman, beerman Garrett Oliver, Per Se alum/New York chef Jonathan Benno and more. The only way to get one's hands on a paper copy is to dine at Per Se or The French Laundry, making it a rather pricey magazine, but the app is just $1.99. [iTunes via Eater SF]
