Andoni Aduriz's Mugaritz in Errenteria, Spain has two Michelin stars, was named the third best restaurant in the world by San Pellegrino in 2011, and, next year, will have a big, shiny restaurant cookbook of its very own.
The book, which is Aduriz's first English language book, will contain a foreword by Thomas Keller and "a behind-the-scenes peek at the creative process" of the avant-garde Spanish restaurant. It will be split into six chapters, each one focusing on Aduriz's philosophies: "including his interactions with nature and technology, a new language of cooking, the experience of the diner and his wide-ranging sources of inspiration." Mugaritz comes out in May of 2012.
