Atlanta-based Planet Smoothie is being sold to Tasti D-Lite for an undisclosed amount. Most of the smoothie and snack chain's 100 stores are in Georgia. Tasti D-Lite, out of Franklin, Tennessee, specializes in frozen desserts for the health-conscious. Adding Planet Smoothie, it now has about 170 stores, including international locations.
