Here's the cover of Gail Simmons' upcoming memoir Talking with My Mouth Full: My Life as a Professional Eater (out February 21 from Hyperion). The cover — first spotted over at The Daily Meal — has her holding a bunch of pears.

The memoir tracks her career in the food industry: from working the line at Le Cirque 2000 and at Jean-Georges Vongerichten's Vong in New York; to working as Special Projects Director at Food & Wine magazine (doing things like overseeing the annual Food & Wine Classic in Aspen); to judging every season of Top Chef and hosting and judging Top Chef: Just Desserts. She was also Jeffrey Steingarten's assistant for two years, so there's probably enough to fill 320 pages.
