Alice Waters' First Kiss

Here's a Paper Mag interview with Alice Waters where she reveals some little-known personal factoids about herself. On her first real car: "a '53 Chrysler Windsor Deluxe," her preferred egg-cooking method: "I like to fry an egg in olive oil over an open flame using my spoon so they are sunny side up and puff up like a soufflé."
