Watch Ferran Adrià Explain the elBulli Foundation

Spanish chef Ferran Adrià stopped by Harvard to talk about his forthcoming elBulli Foundation for a good two hours, translated by chef José Andrés. Below, Adrià gives some details on what the think tank will look like: it will be a sustainably designed center for culinary creativity, an archive of the history of elBulli, and "also a place to watch Barcelona/Real Madrid, especially if you are from Barcelona." Guess Madrid soccer fans need not apply. Also, he mentions an upcoming traveling exhibit on elBulli that premieres in Barcelona in January but will be traveling around the world to cities including London, Washington, DC, and New York.
