Alton Brown was on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon Friday night, promoting his new book Good Eats 3, the Later Years — "you can crush garlic with it" — and talking about holiday wine strategy. Turns out "wine just annoys the crap out of" Brown during the holidays. Maybe it's because he refuses to own a corkscrew? (It's a uni-tasker.)
