Skydiver/wildebeast anus-eater Anthony Bourdain's new show The Layover premieres tonight — don't worry, it's very quotable — and Bourdain continues his all-out media blitz. Among his many, many recent interviews, the AV Club's is perhaps the best. Here's Bourdain on Frank Bruni (and his editorial re: Bourdain vs Paula Deen): "[T]o be called an elitist by the Times, I felt was a little inappropriate, given what I spend most of my life advocating for, at least celebrating and eating... Frankly, I was pissed off at the [Frank] Bruni piece [in The New York Times]." [AV Club]
