Philadelphia chef Jose Garces is expanding to the west coast with an upcoming, unnamed restaurant in Palm Springs. Garces Restaurant Group is on a bit of an expansion tear, what with plans for Scottsdale, Arizona and three restaurants in Atlantic City. [GSLA via Eater LA]
