Chef David Chang was on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night promoting all kinds of stuff: the new issue of Lucky Peach (which comes out on the 15th), his new Sydney restaurant Seiobo, and Christina Tosi's new cookbook, Momofuku Milk Bar. Think that's a lot for one measly cooking segment? There's more: Chang still manages to override the super-attention grabbing powers of comedian Kathy Griffin, make tricked out pina coladas and a cacio e pepe with ramen noodles. All in a days work for a Momofuku head honcho.
