Below, a peek inside the kitchen and dining room of Thomas Keller's French Laundry pop-up at Harrod's in London. It has a blue door and also a big sign in the kitchen that says "Sense of Urgency," just like at the original restaurant in Napa Valley. Thomas Keller thinks the whole pop-up thing is brilliant, but notes that the process of opening one was pretty much the same as opening a full restaurant. Here's the video:
