Watch Jimmy Fallon Critique Bobby Flay's Cookbook

Bobby Flay was on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night, promoting his new Bar Americain cookbook and getting Fallon drunk on bourbon. The talk show host had a few criticisms of Flay's book, and questioned the placement of a photo of a lamp next to a recipe for caramelized shallots. Says Flay, "Yeah, that's a lamp in my apartment." Also, they made ribs.
