The Michelin New York 2012 dining guide hits the shelves tomorrow with its verdicts on which restaurants deserve the guide's coveted stars, but reps sent Eater NY a preview today. The big news this year is that chef Daniel Humm's Eleven Madison Park was bounced up to three stars (up from one last year).
Cesar Ramirez's Brooklyn Fare, which debuted with two stars last year, now has a coveted third star, joining Daniel, Le Bernardin, Masa, Per Se, and Jean Georges. Eater NY has the full list.
