Your food truck is too big: Verts, a doner kebab restaurant in Austin, Texas, has launched a mobile business out of the back of a Smart Car. According to the Austin Business Journal, they worked with German engineers to somehow fit refrigeration units, food warmers, and sinks into the thing. Although to be fair, during service they pop a tent up over the back of it and spread out a little. Intrigued? They're hiring: duties include "Drive Smart car," "stock Smart car with food," and "sell food out of the car."
Owner Michael Heyne tells Eater Austin it's the world's smallest food truck. Your move, snowcat burrito truck.
