Andrew Carmellini on Cookbooks, elBulli and Limoncello

New, 1 comment

New York chef Andrew Carmellini stopped by Google to talk about his new book, American Flavors, tell his I Ate at elBulli Story, and explain why someone would want to stuff a meatloaf with macaroni and cheese. Also, that's not Orangina he's holding. It's homemade limoncello. (Carmellini advice: Limoncello is not for chugging. It's for sipping purposes only. Noted!)
