Look at that: French Culinary Institute technomeister and mixed beverage connoisseur Dave Arnold has signed what Publishers Marketplace calls a "significant deal" for not one but two books with Norton. To be published in 2013, the books will show "how to make consistently better drinks and develop new recipes without taking random shots in the dark." So, like, science.
