EMP Cookbook Wrangling

empcookbookql.jpgEx-New York Times critic Sam Sifton spent some time cooking with the Eleven Madison Park cookbook: "There is a lot of labor in making modernist food... The recipes in Eleven Madison Park are, taken as a whole, insane to contemplate. But there are components within many that can bring great joy to the family dinner table." Curiously, Sifton's story about a cookbook doesn't contain a single photo of the thing, so here you go. [NYT]
