Move over, mini-pies, you are not small enough. The latest trend is "micro desserts," which are half the size (and half the price) of mini desserts. Be on the look out for itty bitty cannoli, macarons, popsicles, ice cream sandwiches and caramel apples before treats get so tiny they disappear altogether. [NYT]
