Michel Richard's Meatballs

michel-richard-balls-150.jpgEater DC talked to chef Michel Richard about his upcoming meatballery, the appropriately named Meatballs, and his plans for franchising. Seems they're embracing the whole "balls" thing in the decorating scheme: "Jars filled with balls of all sorts: golf balls, gum balls, fake eye balls and more." Also, Richard agrees with the Meatball Shop folks that meatballs go well with ice cream. [-EDC-]
