McDonald's latest vehicle for global domination: McTV. The ubiquitous burger chain is launching its own TV channel, "a digital network of exclusive original content targeted at dine-in customers." Programming will be customized to specific communities and will include local news and mini-features on upcoming films, albums and TV shows. Also, Mayor McCheese and the Hamburglar will debate hot-button political issues. Or not. The channel will be rolled out in the next few months. [LAT via Eater LA]
