As promised, Sam Sifton declared the Best Restaurant in New York this week, and as predicted, he chose Thomas Keller's Per Se for the honor. Richard Vines hands out four stars to Wolfgang Puck's London restaurant CUT, writing "In terms of sensual pleasure, it's When Harry Met Sally. Yes, yes, yes."
