Have you been out walking the dog and thought, Hey! I bet my dog could really go for a gourmet, organic, artisan-grade ice cream sandwich from a food truck? Well, if you live in Los Angeles, you're in luck: Phydough, the gourmet dog cookie/ice cream truck, launches on Saturday. With ten flavors of cookies (including duck fat, red velvet, and the mysterious "original") and four flavors of ice cream (including peanut butter bacon and foie gras), it's entirely possible you'll want a Phydough treat for yourself.

No worries! According to their website, "All of Phydough's cookies and dough ingredients are organic, human grade (artisan grade when possible)." They promote that they use all kinds of fancy ingredients, including the same pork products Momofuku chef David Chang uses in his restaurants.

They'll also happily cater your dog's "special day," from adoption day to birthdays. (Do dogs have other special days?) Hey, at least we've caught up with the British on the canine mobile vendor front!
