The adage about too many cooks apparently has no bearing on listicles: the annual Saveur 100 has been posted online, and this year the magazine-that-rhymes-with-cat-fur turned to chefs for its list of "great finds from the world of food."
The chefs — including Grant Achatz, Dan Barber, David Chang, Fergus Henderson, Tom Colicchio, and many more — nominate ingredients, restaurants, books, websites, their knives, and each other. Perhaps especially each other: chef John Currence of City Grocery Restaurant Group in Oxford, Mississippi even nominated "Fraternity of Chefs." Check out the index for a quick summary, or go through each entry individually for stories, recipes, and more.
