The Las Vegas location of Hubert Keller's Fleur de Lys at the Mandalay Bay Resort closed this past fall for a remodel, and has reopened as Fleur, a global small plates restaurant that takes its cues from Keller's travels in "Spain, Italy, North Africa, South America, Asia, and his homeland France." The restaurant also features "dramatic cocktails" and some semi-private cabanas. Sounds very Vegas to us.
