Son of a Gun: The Animal Guys' New Seafood Restaurant

Looks like the nautical rumors were true: Food & Wine reports that the new restaurant in West Hollywood from Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo (of Animal fame) is going to focus on seafood. Writes Kate Krader, "Look for versions of baked clams and lobster rolls; also look for funkier items like fish collars and halibut 'feathers.'" And it finally has a name: Son of a Gun, which involves a "cute story involving gun racks and prostitutes." The target opening date is February.
