Grant Achatz isn't messing around where his Paris 1906 menu is concerned for Next. Over the weekend he tweeted, "Looking at a full range of antique French stuff for Next opening menu ... How can a duck press cost more then a Pacojet?!" At which point, Anthony Bourdain replied, "I have to say, I'm extremely excited by @gachatz mention of antique duck press. And everything else I'm hearing about Next." Get in line, pal. [Twitter via Eater Chicago]
