San Francisco Chronicle food critic Michael Bauer went to Joël Robuchon at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas expecting an as-advertised 3-star Michelin experience. Instead, he estimates it was closer to a zero-star dinner: "I was truly disappointed, especially considering we spent nearly $450 a person after tax and tip...No dish blew me away." Also, he says the place is decorated with pictures of actress Eva Longoria, blue LED candles, and "marble-size glitter balls." [SFGate]
