Spanish chef Ferran Adrià unveiled plans for his elBulliFoundation campus in Cala Montjoi, Spain near elBulli. Sketches look appropriately futuristic/psychedelic and the foundation, which will focus on creative liberty, will have "no hours, no security, no walls, and won't take reservations." The campus will contain buildings designed to imitate coral and something called an "Ideario" in the middle of what Adrià claims will be the most sustainable park in the world.
