Momofuku chef David Chang certainly seems to be everywhere these days, but soon you will literally be able to take him everywhere with you in your choice of iPad or print form. Chang, along with food writer/Momofuku cookbook collaborator Peter Meehan, is working on a quarterly journal called Lucky Peach. The first issue will focus on ramen and will feature recipes, videos and appearances by Wylie Dufresne, Charlie Rose, Anthony Bourdain, and Harold McGee. [NYT]
