Eric Ripert on TV Chefs

New, 1 comment

eric-ripert-cayman-islands-150.jpgBeing on TV is fine and all, but Le Bernardin chef and Top Chef judge Eric Ripert thinks the food should taste good, too: "I enjoy being on TV... Does it help the restaurant? Probably yes because you have a different visibility. However, I think what brings people to a restaurant is the quality of the product you serve. If you have a nice TV show and your food is disgusting, nobody comes." [Slashfood]
