Being on TV is fine and all, but Le Bernardin chef and Top Chef judge Eric Ripert thinks the food should taste good, too: "I enjoy being on TV... Does it help the restaurant? Probably yes because you have a different visibility. However, I think what brings people to a restaurant is the quality of the product you serve.
